Chapter Virtual Forum Reimbursement Rules

A) support will be provided for no more than four sessions of each virtual forum. Support will be at 25% for four sessions, and a maximum of 33% if there are three or fewer sessions of any individual virtual forum; the remainder of the cost will be born by the participants,

 

B) to receive support, the local organizer must announce the proposed session to the chapter membership (e-mail via Terry Burr), accommodate all requests for participation by chapter members, and submit a request for reimbursement approval to the executive (send to Tim Pritchard),

 

C) if there is more than one request for the same general geographic area, the chapter executive will request that the two organizers work together to arrange a single session.  Minimum of four chapter members must participate to receive financial support from the chapter, and

 

D) the organizer will pay for the session and then request reimbursement from the chapter for the approved portion (submit receipts, approval e-mail and attendance list to Pete Heisz)
